Terminology
‘Our’, ‘us’ and ‘we’ refers to Choosi Pty Ltd, ABN 15 147 630 886, of 50 Norwest Blvd, Norwest, NSW 2153. The words ‘you’ and ‘your’ refer to users of this Website.
Privacy
We are committed to adhering to the Privacy Act (1988) and will ensure that the highest levels of privacy are maintained on this site. All information that we process on this site or through our call centre will be managed and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Your obligations
You will use this website in accordance with the terms and conditions set out here. You will only use this website for personal use for obtaining information directly related to your insurance needs, obtaining insurance quotes and conducting insurance related transactions or queries.
You will not use this site for commercial purposes, to perform any activity which affects the integrity or security of this site, for unlawful or fraudulent activity or to gather or monitor information/data contained within this website using any spider, robot, screen scraper, data aggregation tool or other device.
When requesting information or obtaining a quote you will ensure that all information that you provide to us is complete and correct so that we can provide you with an accurate quote or the relevant information. If you fail to do so any insurance that you purchase through this site may be void.
Financial products
When purchasing a financial product, such as Pet Insurance, Life Insurance, Income Protection Insurance, Funeral Insurance, Car Insurance, Home and Contents Insurance, or Business Insurance through this website, you are responsible for reading the Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) to ensure you understand what you are covered for. Should you not understand the Product Disclosure Statement or if you have any further questions you should call our call centre.
You are able to get a quote on behalf of another person, however, you should obtain their permission before doing so and ensure that the information that you provide about them is correct. If you are purchasing insurance on behalf of another person they need to be present with you at the time of the transaction.
Choosi Pty Ltd (ABN 15 147 630 886) can only compare and offer insurance products from its Approved Product List. Choosi does not compare all products available in the market and there may be aspects to some products that Choosi doesn't compare. Choosi isn't an insurer.
Choosi is a related company of Greenstone Financial Services Pty Ltd (ABN 53 128 692 884; AFSL 343079), the distributor of each pet insurance, life insurance, income protection insurance and funeral insurance policy on the Approved Product List. Hannover Life Re of Australasia Ltd (ABN 37 062 395 484, AFSL 530811) issues all funeral insurance, life insurance and income protection insurance products that Choosi is able to arrange directly.
Where requested by you we can provide access to a range of other life insurance products by referring you to a third party partner. If you purchase a product as the result of a referral Choosi will receive a fee or commission, depending on the partner you're referred to.
The Hollard Insurance Company Pty Ltd (ABN 78 090 584 473; AFSL 241436) issues and PetSure (Australia) Pty Ltd (ABN 95 075 949 923; AFSL 420183) administers the pet insurance products Choosi is able to arrange directly.
The home & contents and car insurance products available are hosted and managed by Compare the Market Pty Ltd (ACN 117 323 378; AFSL 422926). The business insurance products available are arranged by BizCover Pty Ltd (ABN 68 127 707 975; AFSL No 501769). If you choose to purchase these products, Choosi will refer you to the appropriate partner and will receive a referral fee.
Information on this website doesn't take into account your personal objectives, financial situation or needs. You should consider the relevant Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) and Target Market Determination (TMD) for more information and to ensure the product suits your needs. The PDS and TMD for each of the pet insurance, life insurance and funeral insurance products sold through Choosi are available through this website. Relevant PDS', TMD and/or Policy Wording Documents for products available through our partners are available on their websites.
Choosi has commercial relationships with all insurers that are available for comparison. Choosi obtains a commission from the insurer for arranging any insurance you choose to buy.
Our obligations
We will provide you with an online and telephone service which will allow you to obtain insurance quotes, compare policies and then purchase an insurance policy. We will not add any fees to the policies that you will purchase through this website. While we do receive commissions from the insurer, the price you pay will be no greater than the standard rates available from the insurer.
Choosi does not have access to all products available in the market and there may be aspects of some products that we don’t compare. Choosi can provide access, subject to underwriting, to insurance products listed in our Approved Product List, but for some products, where requested by you, we will refer you to a third party insurance partner to arrange cover.

We will take all reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of the content that we publish on this site, as well as the quotes provided on this site. However, we cannot ensure the accuracy of any content written by third parties, for example for Customer Reviews.

All quotes provided to you are done so on the basis of the information that you provide. We do not control the price or conditions of the price offered to you.
Where we provide information about taxes and other government levies or initiatives, it is provided in a general nature only and you are encouraged to seek professional advice to determine whether it applies to you. Choosi will take steps to update the available information as it becomes aware of changes, but does not take responsibility for informing you of any change in circumstances.
